II. To serve as a platform for all the doctors graduated from Cuba and interlink all the doctors of the different provinces and regions.
III. To represent Cuban graduated Pakistani Doctors at all the levels inside the country and outside the country.
IV. To institute ways and means to cooperate with provincial governments and other medical organizations in Pakistan to work for the betterment of the health of common people inside the country and in any part of the world required.
V. To encourage medical education and delivery of better health care in Pakistan specifically by arranging donations of medical literature, medical supplies, and by arranging lecture tours, medical conferences, and seminars in Pakistan.
VI. To utilize and introduce the methods of Promotion, Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation in the health system of Pakistan.
VII. To participate in medical relief and other charitable activities in Pakistan and especially in rural areas.
VIII. To make efforts for the establishment of an Emergency Brigade of the doctors/physicians, specialists, health workers that will work during the emergency situation like natural disasters inside the country and outside the country representing Pakistan.
IX. To inform and educate decision makers and opinion making leaders in problems confronted by the medical community in General and Foreign graduated Pakistani physicians in particular.
X. To strengthen the relations between Cuba and Pakistan especially in the health sector.
